I usually use Elucence or Aussie Moist. This product is just as conditioning. However, you can only use it once a week and you are suppose to put it on your hair before you shampoo it. I slept in it (plastic cap) and washed my hair in the morning…it was EXTREMELY soft. My hair is 3C/4A…this product really worked.
